An early radio filled
with Toshiba transistors, the Ful-Tone has an exquisite reverse-painted
dial, and the earliest hand strap (as opposed to a handle) that I am aware
of. The label inside has a red stamp that declares "'Toshiba' Germanium
Transistor".
